App Maintenance
OS updates, crashes, and store review, handled every month
An app starts aging the day it ships. The OS moves and store policies change. We look after it for you, every month.
A neglected app stops one day without warning
A new OS lands and a screen that worked breaks, the libraries are years behind, nobody knows when the certificates and provisioning expire, and one day a policy change pulls the app from the store. Crashes pile up while users quietly leave, and no one tells you.
What we do every month
-
OS and SDK updates
We keep the app from breaking on new iOS and Android versions and SDK changes, and clear out APIs slated for removal ahead of time.
-
Crash and error monitoring
We track crash reports and turn the frequent failure points into a list. Anything we can fix, we fix.
-
Dependency security patches
We check the libraries in use for known vulnerabilities and move them to safe versions.
-
Store policy and review
We handle App Store and Play policy changes and rejection reasons for you, so the app is not pulled from the store.
-
Build, signing, and release
We track certificate, provisioning, and signing-key expiry and keep the release pipeline alive.
A one-page monthly report
What we did this month, which crashes we closed, and what we will watch next. Sent every month, short enough to read in a minute. A record instead of a claim that it is handled.
How to start
-
Send the app and store details
Just the store link and repository address. Account access can wait until you see the first check.
-
A free first check
We sweep the current state and the crashes that have built up, and send it as a report. No charge up to here.
-
Monthly routine work
Once agreed, we run the set items every month from that month on and send the report.
A good fit for
- An app built by an outside team that no one now maintains
- An internal app shipped to the store and left alone
- An app whose updates stopped after the developer left
Frequently asked questions
- What apps can you take on?
- Native (iOS and Android), React Native, Flutter, and web-view apps. We need store account and repository access, and the first check tells you whether it is possible.
- Do you add features too?
- Anything inside the regular maintenance scope, we handle as we find it. New features or a large revamp go beyond the scope and get their own per-job quote.
- Is there a contract term?
- It is monthly. No minimum commitment and no early-termination penalty.
- What if I have several apps?
- The price is per app. For several, we count by the number, and adjust when they are structurally similar.
Start by seeing where the app stands
Send the store link and we send the first check report for free. Whether to hand it over is yours to decide after reading it.
