What we do every month

Regular backups
We take your site files and database on a schedule and keep them somewhere separate. Whatever happens, there is always a point to roll back to.

Security updates
We check the versions of your CMS, plugins, and themes, and apply the updates. Known vulnerabilities get closed first.

Certificate and domain expiry watch
We track SSL certificate and domain expiry dates and tell you before anything lapses. The renewal work is handled with you.

Broken links and error checks
We sweep for dead links, 404s, and server errors and turn them into a list. Anything we can fix, we fix on the spot.

Speed checks
We look at how long the first screen takes and which images are heavy, then write up the bottlenecks worth acting on.
A one-page monthly report
What we did this month, what changed, and what we are watching next month. Short enough to read in a minute, sent every month. Instead of telling you the site is being looked after, we give you the record.

We go over the current state and send you a report. Nothing is charged up to this point.

Monthly work
Once we agree, the fixed set of tasks runs every month from that month on, with a report each time.

Frequently asked questions
- What kinds of sites can you look after?
- CMS based sites such as WordPress, static sites, and sites running on ordinary hosting. Send us the address and the first check will tell you whether it is a fit.
- Do you fix problems right away?
- Anything inside the scope of the regular checks is handled as soon as we find it. Work beyond that scope, such as new features or a rebuild, is quoted separately as per-job development.
- Is there a contract term?
- It is month to month. No minimum commitment, and no fee for stopping.
- We have several sites.
- The price is per site. For several sites we count them, and if they share the same structure we adjust the price.
