- Detector scores aren't our target. Results vary between detectors, and we don't guarantee any outcome. Our standard is whether a new customer can understand and trust what they read.
- Is this about hiding the use of AI?
- No. What puts customers off is often the evidence that nobody checked the details, more than the use of AI itself. We keep legally required AI disclosures in place, including chatbot notices.
- How is this different from code review or usability testing?
- Code review checks the security and structure of the code. Usability testing finds where new visitors get stuck and reports those findings. This service includes directly fixing the copy and screens your customers see.
- Do you need our code?
- A link is enough to identify the rough spots. To make the changes, we'll need repository or deployment access. We remove our access when the work is done.
